Payment and Cancellation Policies

Prepayment Policy:


  • To confirm your reservation, 30% of the total amount is required in advance.
  • Upon receipt of payment, we will email you a voucher confirming the payment.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards before the guest’s arrival.

Cancellation policy 

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to reservations@dhotels.gr.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made after the booking date or for ‘Non-shows.’
     

Flex Policy

Deposit Requirement:


  • A deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay is required to guarantee your reservation.
  • The deposit is refundable if cancellation is made at least 30 days before the arrival date.
  • Upon receipt of the deposit, we will email you a voucher confirming the payment.
  • The remaining balance will be payable upon check-in.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards before the guest’s arrival.

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to reservations@dhotels.gr.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made between 14-30 days from the expected arrival date or for ‘Non-shows.’

Early Departure

  • If you leave before your scheduled departure date will not be refunded with the whole amount or with the rest amount. (Healthy issues are out, by providing us with the legal hospital’s paper)

Cleaning

  • Your room will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your occupation including new bed and bath linen
  • We change the bed linen every second days and bath towels daily.
  • Turn down service available
  • We clean common areas daily.

Check in 12.00 until 00.00

Check out Until 14.00

Children

  • Children 0-2 years old are free of charge. We can provide you with a baby cot, after request.

General Policies

  • We accept pet until 12 kg.
  • Smoking is not allowed inside rooms, reception, restaurant and spa. You are free to use all the outdoor spaces.
  • Services of the Swan Spa & Hive Water Park are with extra cost.

Pools’ and beaches’ policy

  • At pool’s and beaches’ area you can find sunbeds and gazebo with extra charges and special offers.
  • Objects that have remain at the sunbeds for over an hour without any observation will be moved to Lost & Found Department.

PET POLICY

  • Pets weighing up to 12 kg are allowed free of charge.
  • Pets weighing more than 12 kg will incur an additional charge of 30 euros per day.

Additionally, a security deposit of 100 euros in cash is required upon arrival for possible damages.
This deposit will be returned to upon departure if no damage has occurred.
Upon arrival, you will also be required to fill out a report paper regarding your pet.
Please note that pets are not permitted in the breakfast and dinner areas, the restaurant, or inside the pool. You will need to attend to your pet in other areas of the hotel.

  • The balance of the payment will be paid on your check in.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to the guest’s arrival.

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellation requests received 21 days or more from your scheduled arrival the 20% of the deposit will be refunded (less any banking/money transfer costs.)
  • Cancellation requests received between 1-21days from your expected arrival date or ‘Non-shows, deposit is no refunded.
